I’ve heard many people tell others to be like an eagle and Soar above your problems. That’s fine and dandy but that may be the only comparison I would use for being an Eagle; it’s a good one. But I hope men don’t emulate eagles beyond soaring above issues. Eagles tend to be Loners. They don’t protect their families like Turkeys do. It may not be fun to be called a Turkey, but they are known for their Courage. Courage is what we need to rise above our issues and be there for our families, especially when things are difficult. No one wants to succumb to fear and be like a chicken. Men today are encouraged to be like eagles and be loners. Otherwise, society will emasculate them like domesticated turkeys who are not much different than chickens. It’s time we had some Wild Free Turkeys! Strong and Courageous! Protectors! Not Liars!
